Design a one page Flyer

TIME SENSITIVE - PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED TODAY, by Midnight 11:59 EST on 6/5/2014. Do not bid if you can't do it today. I need a one page flyer created with the following 3 images (1,2,& [login to view URL] included on the image, as well as the logo in the middle column at the bottom of the MS Word File I attached. Those are the 4 images needed on the flyer. The 3 pizza images, they will probably need resized so you will need photoshop experience. The attached Word file is one I started but just don't have the photo editing ability to make a nice flyer, you do not need to follow that design at all, but you can if you want. I would actually prefer the flyer to be 8.5x11 portrait, not landscape if possible. The end result, I will need a PDF, and preferably also a Word file in case I want to edit something, but PDF only is fine if you can do a better job in photoshop and then dump to PDF. I would prefer that you keep [login to view URL] the first image shown, then [login to view URL], then [login to view URL] but it is not required. I just need the person viewing the flyer to see all 3 pictures of the cell phone. A nice background image of pizza would be a nice touch. This is a flyer targeting my service to pizza shops. I would like the text from the MS word file attached to be included on the flyer. Please message me here if you have any questions.
