Continue the design legacy

Hi there, thanks for your interest in this project. Generally speaking, what I am looking for is someone that will be available to work with me for a variety of design projects that will come up over time. Specifically for now, what I am looking for is the creation of a one page (letter sized) flyer to continue in a series of similar flyers, white papers etc. that I have currently. The design projects are relatively simple in nature, but you will need to continue in the footsteps that have been laid already in creating and sustaining the brand presence that I have now. I have attached some samples to illustrate the branding that is in place now. Unfortunately (for me, it's great for him) the designer I have been working with on all of this in the past is just getting too busy for one-off projects of this nature, so I am looking to start the next chapter of my branding and marketing presence! Please have a look at the attachments and if you care to, please describe your ideas for how you would continue this theme on to future documents. The bid for the timebeing is for 1 letter sized flyer, similar in nature to those you can see, but perhaps with the addition of a water graphic (high res, crisp photography, preferably macro). I have attached a postcard sized printed ad to illustrate the concept. The content would be provided by me. The final product should be delivered in either in either .PSD or .AI format, and I can work closely with you in those programs (though I am a newbie to them) Thank you very much for your bids, I look forward to hearing from interested parties very soon.
