Artwork based on Vecrtorized Caribbean Map

We need a graphics artist to design a piece or artwork derived from a map of the Caribbean region. The final artwork would be a zoom into the Caribbean Region, with Central America framing the picture to the West, north America framing the North, And South America Framing the south (see: [login to view URL] ) However, all of the islands of the Caribbean will be arranged in a circle in the middle of the Caribbean Sea (in the middle of the picture). The steps to achieve this would be as follows: 1. Source a vectorized map of the region 2. Take all of the islands and re-arrange them in a circle 3. Crop image to suit We would also like a second alternative version, in which only the CARICOM States (15 countries listed in link below) are arranged in a circle (without any background or other countries framing the pic). This would involve a similar process to that above, but selecting only the 15countries blow to make the circle (note that some countries may be multiple islands, and two of the countries on the list are actually South American landmasses)! CARICOM countries: here: [login to view URL] The first mock ups of both peices should leave the labels to identify the different islands, and countries should be arranged with Trinidad and Tobago at the top (12 o’clock) and other countries arranged clockwise as you go further north. Bidders should have experience working with maps in Illustrator, and should be able to deliver this immediately (as we need this urgently!). For anyone with the proper experience and expertise, this should actually be a pretty simple job once you conceptualize the instructions above.
