Convert Design Template to simple html (tables/images)

Dear Freelancers We have a website which design is based on CSS styles and is not displaying corectly or not displaying design at all for old browsers such as Netscape 4.0 and Old Internet Explorer versions We need a freelancer to rebuild our html template with simple tables and images in old school html design/layout (no javascript, no ajax) so that it can be compatible with those old browsers We just need one home page template and one content page template, and then we can copy and paste our content (which is already simple html) The website already exists, images, logo etc already cut, just that the layout is currently managed by a CSS style file thank you in advance Ryan
