Have all content essentially written and a good idea of design though I am happy for someone to use their creativity for design etc. Will send a fuller spec once I have found a freelancer to work on this. Will load 50% upfront as milestone - do not contact asking for payment without being 100% complete and delivered.

Sir, As I have already gone thru' the requiremenst, so I was wondering, if you can spare some times to come online on Skype? This way you can also judge our communication level and English? I have worked on many OSCommerce, Magento, Prestashop, WordPress, CMS, Shopping Cart, PSD to HTML websites, so technically there are no difficulties.
