Custom php script + Java Software application

-A custom php script which can scroll any types of advertising codes(including codes of text ad exchange ,banner exchange,cpa network ad codes) etc etc To check scrolling effect example please visit : [login to view URL] - The impressions and clicks for each ads must be counted normally on each server e.g. if i insert text ad exchange site's codes([login to view URL])([login to view URL]) the site's server can count the impressions & clicks normally -One more thing script must counts the impression & clicks separately for all ads on our own server/Tracking at our side as well. -Admin can add new advertising codes with different categories and sizes e.g dating,dog,internet marketing,advertising etc and sizes e.g. 468x60,120x600 etc etc - Admin can add unlimited categories and unlimited sizes(dynamic) --Scripts can generate a single codes for all the ads in scripts database(on our server) which can be paste any webpage and all the ads in database can scroll one by one. -While generating the codes(single codes) admin must be able to defined parameters like size & [login to view URL] explain further... if admin select both parameters size and categories then the single codes generated will only scroll all the ads of that size & category chosen e.g. dating & 468x60 then all the ads of 468x60 size and in dating category will scroll but if admin select only size then all the ads of size 468x60 from all the categories will scrolls. -This is the general idea about script ====Now the application to go with it -The most important of this when user install this application(it must can run on windows,linux & mac so Java will be best) on his desktop the application can also insert some codes in user's browser(default browser) so that when he browse the net(surf the sites) the script will display ads 3 side of his browser 1. below address bar,rt- scroll bar,above bottom scroll bar -Application is not simple I want many features so it will remain useful forever but main thing is you can design such application which can insert codes automatically in the browser or not. -This are the features I want in the application -Email Notifier-Dynemic user can add unlimited account,can use customize audio file,we supply some default file -Random password genterator -Password manager which can store unlimited password & login details-encrypted with highest possible security -auto logger and auto form filler -Bookmark manager-offline encrypted file -Allaram -Reminder -Notes -Daily Expence -Receipt Saver -Calender -Calculator 16 Digit -simcard contact importer I have all files are ready(detailed step by step with graphic illustrations-draw manually with pen & paper and scan the documents) but 1st I want to know can you do that or [login to view URL] there is no use of further discussion it will waste of your time. I also want to know estimated price-you can change it after viewing the docs(must not have too much difference) it will not be the final but atleast I should have an idea what it will cost.
