We are a training institute and we are using Moodle as our LMS(Learning Management System). The design should be "responsive" for mobile devices (smartphones as well as tablets). We need to implement a new design (which is ready but need "professional touch"). Data(course content) and functionality exists and working as expected. Few features would have to be developed (for which data is already available). There are around 30-35 pages for design implementation though the design layout remains consistent for many pages.
