Clone a website like alexandermcqueen.com

This project is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam under Network One Corp. We need a web design & developer to build a website exactly the same with the website [login to view URL] with the sitemap attached. Requirement: 1/ Banner on Homepage (file attached) is slideable, 10 slides max. 2/ Sale section: This tab is visible when there is promotion going and invisible when there is nothing on sale. We may need a on/off function here for the tab. 3/ Womanswear section: Sub menu will not display if there is no product inside. For example: If there is no shoes in Shoes menu then Shoes menu will be offline. 4/ Biography Section: Posts like news include text and picture. 5/ Shopping online function like alexandermcqueen.com. But when checkout, Make payment method is Bank Transfer / Cash (fix). No payment process online. 6/ Website is viewable on mobile & tablet. No need seperate layout for mobile version. 7/ There is a newsletter function to generate random code for promotion code purpose and send to a mail list. This is supposed to be in Admin section or Backend. Procedure: The chosen partner will layout the whole website first and send it to us. After that, proceed to coding and finalise.
