CSS Facebook Top Bar Menu

This project is all about creating a top bar menu that is similar to the one used by FACEBOOK on their desktop site - I have attached an image, please see image before bidding to this project. 1. I want a top bar menu similar to that of face book, with the following - a logo placement, search bar - profile image placement, name of user - home, myaccount (when clicked or hovered it must show the drop down menu as shown on image) 2. I must be able, when receiving the code, be able to change the following - logo (insert my own, size approximately the same to that of facebook) - search bar - must be a simple form - menu names (home, my account) - sub menu items 3. Ensure that the design is in CSS, dynamic enough to be changed through Dreamweaver 4. When I scroll, it must always be on top of the screen. Content must always fall under the menu when I go down 5. Does not have to be responsive on mobile - I already have a mobile friendly menu 6. Basically, riplicate the menu you see in the image ** When done with the menu, upload it into your server or any free hosting for inspection first before I will release payment ** Make this project dynamic, I want to be able to change things later on ** Ensure that the design looks as slick and beautiful as the one in the image with all the rounded corners and so on.
