CRM for UK Survey

Multiple locations CRM with minimum 40 agents ID. Admin Right (Creation of new agent IDs, Uploading customer detail in excel file with a customer for data pop up, Create quality IDs, Extract data for all customer information saved as survey in excel formats, Add new questions, activate/deactivate questions, and generate Report based on data.). Agent Rights (Pulling customer data with phone number, Should be able to view customers’ detail and beneath that the survey questions, Capture customer’s response by doing survey and select answer from drop down, and Submit the survey.) Quality Rights (QA) (All application saved by agent should come in rows like emails in inbox, In the row, the phone number should be a link, clicking on that link should show all the captured and existing data for the customer, Reject/Approve option should appear. If QA clicks on REJECT, the detail should be removed from there. If QA clicks on Approve, the customer’s detail should be saved as valid application, ‘Select’, ‘Submit’ and ‘Select All’ check box option should be available for all data log, ‘Submit’ option should be there for POST strings, Clicking on ‘submit’ should send the approved data log to the client, and edit option to correct answers for the survey submitted.)
