Build a job portal -mini job website

System requirements: • Project is to be developed using PHP in MVC development or Ruby on Rails. • Ajax and JQuery is needed especially for the notification system. • Design needs to be responsive. • Design is to be discussed later and I’ll provide samples that I want my design to be like, but the one who accepts the project should be able to do any requested type of a design. • Budget for this project is $1000-$1500, so please if you are going to offer a bid that exceeds the limits then don’t please. • A bidder when awarded should provide a PDF that includes a detailed detailed detaild details about the features that he’s going to develop and the timeline and stages of the development. • Notice that when a bidder says like “60” days are needed for the development then this means 60 days including Holidays so on. And that I’ll have my project delivered completely to me after 60 days from accepting the project. • If you can lower your price but you want in the other hand to omit some of the features then I’d be glad to hear what you have  • You have to mention all security measures you are about to include in the development of the project to make sure the code and website is to be secured. • You have to mention all development tools to be used for design and the MVC development. • HMVC development is an advantage. • I want your offer for both a website which is fully English. And a website which is delivered in both versions Arabic and English. • Please if you don’t want to read all the features carefully then please don’t bid. Milestones and payment: • Project will be divided at least to 10 mile stones. Each are created right before its stage and released right after I receive the raw files related to that stage.
