I have the designs necessary to start work on this project. This is an online browser based tool for creating invoices and sending to client via email in html/pdf formats. Customer will create a profile and add his/her services or products to the application with pricing and other infos to the database When invoicing will choose from the products already set-up on the application. Ship to & billing address, list of purchase items, and other regular invoice details on the invoice. When creating invoice on the slpit screeen (attached) user should be able to refresh page to see how it look on final copy. I have the most important pages designed in PSD. You will use these designs to create any additional pages required to complete tasks. Please keep in mind I have designed this very simple. WIll not accept anyone asking for full milestone without a decent portfolio or experience. I have another project which is bouncing since lack of knowledge from those I hired. Small budget. This is easy with php. I have actually created pdf files with php code before so I am familiar with doing that too. What I can do is code the website for you (that looks like your jpg file) with the form and it will have all the features you included in your description. The website will use PHP with MySQL database to keep each user's personal information and list of products or services with their prices. I have only put 50% for milestone. Yes I am new to freelancer but I am a student and trust me this is basic code for someone like me who has been through 2 years of formal computer science courses. I can code in HTML, CSS, PHP & MySQL and javascript if necessary. For this project I will just need html/css with php/mysql coding.
