Build a Website

I would like to develop an website which is a combination of Support and ecommerce The purpose of my website will be getting order from customer. Customer will provide link from various sites and i will process them. Also i will upload products by myself but it wont be that much. the website will hold up a maximum of 2000 products. Interaction with customer0 1. will provide a valid link of a product/service 2. i will check the link. 3. Will provide costing 4. will provide delivery charge 5. if customer agrees then the customer need to deposit certain amount of the total bill 6. customer can provide thorugh bank transfer/ mobile banking/ payment gateway. 7. customer will receive a invoice. Whatever conversation i will have with each customer has to be saved in the website. the customer or web admin can see the past messages. For each order there will be one support page. customer can not edit any message the he sends. but he can request for delete or alteration of message. After completion of each order customer can only view the history message. For eCommerce all the necessary option need to be available.
