Build a Drupal 7.x based Forum Website (Distribution)

I need a Drupal 7.x based Forum website prepared and provided as a Distribution (.gz &.zip) The forum on [login to view URL] is ideal and represents the desired look, layout and functionality. The website should be identical or very similar to that on [login to view URL], with Acquia specific content - i.e. Acquia logos, Acquia specific links on header, and footer content - replaced with generic alternative content or graphics which can be easily replaced by the Site Administrator. I very much like the forum icons (the various talking bubbles) used and would like the same icons used if possible. Anonymous Users (users which are not logged in and non-members) should be able to view the same content as Authenticated Users (those who are logged in Anonymous Users shouldn't be able to create new posts and see something similar to "Log in or register to post comments", much like the generic Forum module does. Only Authenticated Users should be able to contribute new posts. Only the Administrator should create the forum containers and forum topics in the first instance, while Authenticated Users able to create new posts/topics and reply to posts/topics. Basically this job is to produce a forum website similar to the example, and provide it as a Distribution. I will be using Acquia Dev Desktop to validate the work.
