Design a Minecraft Themed Banner & Picture for YouTube/Twitter/FB/Google+

I am badly in need of a professional design for my YouTube videos. I am looking for someone to create a package that would contain a banner and image for my YouTube channel, as well as Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. The concept should be Minecraft themed and look extremely professional, like those channels that you would see from the major Minecraft YouTubers. My goal is to have all of those sites look similar and tie them together using the same theme. My YouTube channel can be seen at [login to view URL] and on Twitter @RGAMinecraft. If you could make a 3D render for my photo/logo that would be awesome. What I need would be two things: - A graphic that would depict my character which I would use for profile photos on the major sites. A 3D render of my Minecraft character would be amazing, but I would take artist illustrations as well.
