Create 500px pages in photoshop and add Arabic text

Attached is a word document with pages with tables. Each table has cells. I want to create a photoshop page for each cell which will be 500px x 500px. The background needs to white and Arabic text added as it is (you will need the right font to do this) and then just the layer flattened (I need the background to make changes, so not to flatten it all. But I will need you to provide each page to me one by one so I can check. All must be aligned similar, and two letters in a cell will have the 1st letter smaller and the second larger. The red highlighted text means the letters around it must not be transferred and just the red letters. If was difficult to write except in this format. It will be OK for you transfer these words, flatten the layer and remove the surrounding text, if this is the way to do it. (only for these situations) The cells with an underline can have the underline removed (they were put there as an indicator) All font should be black, the red is only for demonstrative purposes. I have also attached a sample of what I did afterwards in photoshop with the background
