Company Logo

I need a clean logo, one that can be 1) re-sized without loss of resolution 2) can be used on various backgrounds. My main business is a consultant in regards to offshore jackup rigs so logo should include elements of this environment, e.g. Ocean, waves, jackup rig, etc. I have attached a mock logo which I like but need color changed (maybe two tones of blue for the waves) and lines should be smooth and clear so it could be used on various backgrounds and resized without loss of resolution. Maybe an outline of a jackup in the background as an alternative. Please provide examples of work completed when bidding.
