Annual Report Cover Design

To design an high quality annual report cover design(A4 size) in Adobe Illustrator format (*.ai). It has to project a professional image of the company. It has to be in CMYK colours as I will send it for printing. Bidder need to access to high quality photo bank images (where i don't need to pay for royalty.) Bidder must have similar experience and pls show sample design done for other corporate client in jpg. Shortlisted bidder will be required to do a mock-up cover in jpg for consideration. (i will send brief for this.) Thanks.
