CD Designs need to be created in Photoshop PSD format

hi, We need our existing CD artwork designs recreated from scratch in Photoshop '.PSD' format, aswell as also saved as vector transparent '.png' files, so that the CD designs can be imported into our website on any background colour. The current designs we use have been made previously in Abobe illustrator '.ai' format and not vector, at a size of 1394pixels width x 1394 pixels height. What needs to be done: 1) Recreate our existing CD artwork designs from scratch in Photoshop '.PSD' vector transparent format and '.png' vector transparent format, so that the CD designs work on any background colour. There are 17 existing CD artwork designs, all of the same style and layout, but with different colours and text details for each CD release. 2) Make the Recreated CD Artwork designs in Photoshop at 1394pixels width x 1394 pixels height and 359pixels width x 359pixels height. 3) Duplicate 2 further CD artwork designs from the new Photoshop '.PSD' vector design, for 2 new releases...the different colour and text details we will supply to the winning bidder. We will supply the winning bidder with our logo in Photoshop '.psd' format, along with '.jpg' images of all the CD designs that need to be created, for reference. We will also supply the winning bidder with '.txt' files of the text details that need to be on each recreated CD design.
