Articles writing on Fitness-health-nutrition-weight/fatloss

Hi there, I am looking for somebody who can write good quality articles on: - fitness, - health - nutrition - weight and fat loss - exercise - motivation, change of habits, good (health/fitness) habits, etc... Articles would be of around 400-600 words. Actually, occasionally may be slightly shorter, 300-350. Please check the sample of good article attached. It is important that they are good quality, hence ideally English is your first language. At this moment, I am looking for 12 articles... AND... I need the first one, your sample of good work TODAY. Please, make sure it is good, otherwise, I will not be able to continue and I prefer to cancel the project and look somewhere else.
