Build a Flash Game - Solitaire

We would like a Solitaire game to be developed which will look similar to the following Solitaire game: [login to view URL] The game should have a blue background (#3d88c7) and should include (in a header towards the top of the game): - A timer within the game, showing how long the player has been playing. - A 'move' counter which will display how many moves the player did in a specific game. - An Undo button which will undo the last movement of the player. - A New Game button which will start the Solitaire game. - A Restart Game button which will start a fresh, new game of Solitaire. - A Pause button that will start the timer of the game. The output of the project should be a flash file (.swf) which can me embedded in a website and does not have any additional requirements to run. Note: on completion of the project, we will have full rights and ownership of the game developed and it should not be utilised or distributed in any other way or to any other person/company.
