Basic diagrams and images for inclusion in Word documents

I'm looking for someone that can put together basic (but impressive looking) diagrams and charts for inclusion in written reports that I'm writing in Microsoft Word. The diagrams will be things like organisation charts and flow charts. I anticipate that each project will be very brief and simple (i.e. I send you a photo of a hand-drawn mock-up or a poor quality version I've done in Word or Powerpoint, you make it look good, I get you to revise it once or twice and then we're done). I expect to have a number of these projects on an ongoing basis (approx. 2 per month). I don't mind what software you prepare it in, but it would be easier if I was able to do minor edits of what you produce (I'm using a Mac so haven't been able to use Microsoft Visio). I've attached a couple of examples of the kinds of things I'll need produced. Specifically, the first task I need done is a revised version of the flow chart in the second slide. I'd like to know what each project will cost, what software you'd use and how quick your turnaround can be on average. Thanks.
