B2B Website featuring Joomla CMS

I am seeking a basic B2B website incorporating Joomla CMS. This will feature:- 1. A home page with text, headings and a simple FLASH animation. 2. Ability to create general content pages with a simple heading, text, links and graphic/picture layout. 3. User registration and login component with access to newsletters and resources for members. Four different layout types. 4. Simple contact us form. 5. Newsletter sign-up form. 6. Newseletter design and sending of HTML and text only versions. Full details of requirements sent on request.
