Church Website Templates

This is a continuance of project number 132703. I got a lot of bids, but when it came down to it they could not meet project requirements. I am attaching a detailed sheet of my requirements. I pay someone in the US (where I am from), $200 per template. He does a good job, but cannot handle extra work right now. I cannot pay more than the same for these projects. If you can do it, I have a lot of work on a regular basis. I will not pay more than $200 for this project. Each project should take less than 10 hours of work. Please see the attachment for details. Only bid if you can do it in my budget, otherwise I will stick to doing work stateside.
