Assessment/Quiz Test created in Articulate

We need one Assessment/Quiz Test created in Articulate that is suitable for online and CD-ROM. The assessment will have an intro page, 20 questions in assessment/quiz and questions are Yes and No answers only. We also need a report screen giving a summary of results. We can provide a sample layout of what we require after you have demonstrated that you have the experience in Articulate we need. If you have developed e-learning assessments/quizzes using Articulate please contact me with examples. We need an example of an application with your bid to be considered.
