Design Interactive Map Flash/JQuery

We would like to develop an Interactive Map for a condominium website. The Interactive map can be developed using a Flash/jQuery that has the condo in the middle and has pins/markers marking universities, hospitals, shopping centers, etc around it. Once the user clicks on any of these pins/markers, there should be an animated car running from that location to the condo to show directions and a bubble fades in or pop up to show the name, details and distance between the two places. You may wish to use Google Maps API together with Javascript OR Custom-made Flash to illustrate the above. IMPORTANT*** We require 2 languages for the interactive map, Thai and English. The Theme for both the Languages will be the same, There will just be a different text.
