Create short video/animation

I would like 6 video created around 2 minutes in length. These videos will be for a massage practice to educate cleints on the benefits of massage. I would need 1 video produced each month for 6 months. I will give milestone payment on completion of each video over the 6 months. When you bid you need to let me know what I would need ot provide. I would prefer I only need to provide a rough story outline or script and you could supply all images, sound etc.. Please show me examples of previous work. Thanks
