Do some data entry

I have some work, in an Excel spreadsheet. I'm working us data encoder of excel this is myDuties and Responsibilities  Receive / Collect Worksheets and Request.  Encode data as per request and worksheets.  Shall check and verify calculated values  Take print-out and verify final reports for accuracy and completeness.  Shall submit final reports to section coordinator / department in-charge in timely manner.  Responsible for cleaning assign computer including workplace environment.  May provide office support as necessary.  Arranged document as per date.  Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks  Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.  Print information when required  Comply with data integrity and security policies  Maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies  Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.  Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
