Convert Spreadsheet to HTML ADs - FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW

** NOTE the MAIN part of this project includes the need to AUTOMATICALLY download images from a remote server location, RENAME and save those images to a location on my server. If you can't do this, please do not bid on this project. To further describe this concept let - here is a link to an image >> [login to view URL] - There will be dozens of similar links on the spreadsheet. Also on the spreadsheet will be a number such as 874376005743 (UPC CODE). As the images are downloaded, they will also need to automatically renamed to their corresponding UPC code number. I really want that to happen on the server, so that I would first load the spreadsheet to the server and then the script would perform the task of downloading and renaming the images, then replace the old link on the sheet with the new image location, and then I can download the sheet back to my desktop with the changes at any time. Then comes the ad creation. Using the information on the spreadsheet, I want to then create a set of ads that use the data on the spreadsheet to fill in an HTML template that will be posted to Craigs list. I would LOVE it if the posting of the ads into my Craigs list account would be also automated - but that is not critical. It would be ok to download the template ads and then upload them to Craig list myself. The items will be uniquely based upon the UPC code, so there will be no fear of duplicates. A sample spreadsheet is attached. Again - he creation of template ads is the easy part. I want to know that you can perform the upload and image download / link rename part described above BEFORE even thinking about the ad template / ad creation. I know that it might be difficult to fully understand the job without further discussion, so I am more than happy and ready to discuss this project so that the bidders FULLY AND COMPLETELY understand this project before bidding.
