Small 45 car parking lot in residential condominium in Lagoon City Ontario requires replacing . Paver removed asphalt and put down base material, however grading has caused problems which required surrounding walkways to be partially removed. There is also insufficient drainage. We have halted the project to obtain advice on how to improve drainage and re-install walkway in a way that preserves safety and aesthetic appeal. The area is near a canal system and faces Lake Simcoe, there may be unique soil and water table conditions to consider. An individual familiar with the area would be ideal.
