Designing a mobile friendly version of our website

Project Description: We need to create a mobile friendly website for [login to view URL] as required by Google. Google AdWords will not display the website in the mobile searches unless it is mobile friendly. We are not interested in modifying the current website, but to make a whole new version for mobile devices. We need a bid with or without your design. The bidder should look into the Google requirements first to make sure he/she can cover all the aspects. The mobile version is to be hosted on a subdomain we created on our server. Thank you.
