Design 1 Sales Page

I am looking to have 1 sales page and one contact page created. I have the sales copy, pictures, testimonials, and videos to be used. I need the full page created including a header and graphics while editing the provided pictures to make them look better instead of just a square picture. The sales page also needs to utilize my Google Voice widget allowing for the reader to be able to click on it to call the provided number. I also need a Free Trial Banner Created for readers to click on to sign up for the trial.
