Creation of company's website

Hello All, We are a new company about to launch a new and innovative product (food integrator) worldwide. We need to have a website set up and running, as this will be our window to the world. We have registered the domain already. To start with we are looking for something simple and user friendly. Nice, elegant design (we are Italian). We want to have the option to optimise the website in the future, to include e-commerce and interactive facilities (maybe chat, etc). We have all the copyright in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian, and we can also supply good quality pictures to be included. I do not know if you need further information (I'm sorry but we are new to this). Please let me know your best offer to do this job. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). We are looking for someone honest, passionate, that can transmit passion on their work. Someone that can also advise on the best way to get the best intended results.
