Creation of a MACRO

Need a macro to delete the failure delivery email ids from Outlook. I shoot 500 emails everyday from outlook and get approx 50% as failure deliveries. I collect all these failure deliveries in a folder and now I have 10,000 failure delivery emails. I want a tool that can delete the failure deliveries emails from the list of email ids stored in an excel. Once I delete the failure delivery email ids from the excel, the remaining ids will be a the working email ids. Please let me know if you can develop such a program.
