I need 4 timers to control 4 relays. The timing diagram is attached. Each line should be able to source 1.8mA current when high to drive the relay. These 4 timers need to operate in a synchronous manner.
There is one section which requires an ability to be varied from 60 to 150 seconds. If this is too much to be achieved, this interval can be fixed at 120 seconds.
This is a fairly simple project and I assume an electronics engineering student should be able to accomplish this.
The project requirement is fairly urgent.
The project requires that a working product where all the components are soldered on a PCB or all components are assembled and working on a bread board.
The cost of the project would include all the cost of the components as well as shipping the final product to the US by a traceable means and within 3-4 days shipping time.
My preference would be to pay all the cost of the components and shipping at actuals and the cost of the bid is the cost your time and effort.
But I am flexible and may also accept reasonable all inclusive bids.
Please specify clearly whether your bid is an all inclusive or time and material bid.
This project involves development of 4timers with +-1 secs.
We can do the complete project with Atmel AVr micro controller.
We can do the hardware design of the timer
We can do the PCB layout of the Timer.
Write the Sw for the complete timer.
Assemble the PCb and Deliver Tested Broards.
All these we can do in fast turnaround time in 10days.
More details can be sent PMB if you are inrested.

I have been freelancing in the area of embedded electronics for last one year. I have good experience of working on micro-controllers such as ATMEGA 32/128 which I think are suitable for your project.
PS: Material and transportation costs are not included in the bid.
I am a electronics engg. student.I think micro-controllers such as ATMEGA 32/128 will be suitable for your project.I have good experience of working them. PS: Material and transportation costs are extra(not included in the bid)
