I have an idea for a small, simple device. The device will light an LED and start a programmable timer when it's orientation is tilted, and when the timer expires it will shut off the first LED, and light a second one. Resetting the circuit will be performed either by tilting the device back into its neutral position, or by way of the activation of a momentary contact switch. In the case of the use of the switch, resetting will zero and restart the timer. The device should draw virtually no power in neutral position, and minimal power in its active state. I'd like to use a long lasting, relatively inexpensive, small form factor battery. The maximum size of the board will be 8cm x 5cm. I'd like the schematic and PCB layout designed, and provided in a standard format for manufacturing.

For a little more, I would readily make you a complete professional prototype and mail it to your physical address so that you can test it yourself and if all is well send over the CAM files for manufacturing.
