PCB/gerber for an arduino connection shield

Hi, I need someone to create me an eagle and gerber files for PCB of a simplistic shield. Notes: * A picture of the PCB is attached. * This would be a shield for arduino mega2560. The soldered pins shown in the picture stay where they are. * The shield contains of only holes, and one chip. * Red pads are connected to VCC 5V. * Black pads are connected to ground, nay of which closer. * The green boxes mean that all the pins mapped through the green box are connected in the PCB. Look at the picture. * The yellow boxes are only footprints for the header. Nothing to do about them, except that they take space when soldered in. * The picture is drawn over another shield, which is used only as a reference, and do not really have anything to do with this work. The distance between each 2 hole is standard 2.54, and it should be designed with that distance. * Mounting holes must match arduino mega2560. An approximate location is shown in the picture, but you would need to double check that, and make accurate adjustments, based on arduino mega2560 drawings. Their diameter should be 3.2 mm. * Do not forget drill points for solder pads. Drill diameters should match the component lid. There are also drill points for mounting. The hole diameter should be 1.1 mm. * Include a standard uniform GND to the body of the PCB. * The picture provided is only for the purpose of showing which pin is connected where. It is not to be used for routing. You should come up with the best solution for that, minimize distances, and also avoid having a trace too close to pins and pads. * Bill of material is required. All components' footprints should be available. * Datasheet for components will be provided. Chip is uln2003.
