Arduino Ethernet WEB Server with inputs-outputs

My application consist of an Ethernet WEB server that using one of the board digital inputs have to display into the html page the position of a medium voltage circuit breaker. If the input is active it means the circuit breaker is connected otherwise disconnected. It should also send an email to a predefined address when another input is active to signalize a failure condition of the circuit breaker. After receiving the email the owner should be able to connect to the board and using a button be able to command one of the relay board to control the external circuit breaker. The relay should only give an impulse. This button should be active only when the digital input that determined the condition is active. The board is a KMTronic Internet/Ethernet board with 4 Optically-Isolated Digital Inputs and 4 Relays.
