Edit PDF document, add pages, remove pages.

I have a PDF document. 1. I have my old phone number in there, and need my new phone number to be edited in. My old phone number ( 951 219 0570) only appears 7 times: Page 1 after word Telephone: Page 2 after word Telephone: Page 28 after word Telephone: Page 143 after word Telephone: Page 144 after word Telephone: Page 186 after word Telephone: Page 188 after word Telephone: In those instances it should be replaced with (949) 547-9139. There are other instances of my old phone number being used on facsimile, but that will be changed to a different number. 2. There are places where it says Facsimile: (951) 219-0570. This needs to be changed to Facsimile: (951) 346-9200. Here is where they are: Page 1 Page 28 Page 143 Page 144 Page 186 Page 188 3. Page 146. This sentence "Please also have your bank send the following message via facsimile: (951) 219-0570 to The Paradigm Growth Fund, LP:" should be changed to "Please also have your bank send the following message via fax: (951) 346-9200 to The Paradigm Growth Fund, LP:" 4. Page 148. Change both Facsimile number: to Fax number: 5. Page 183. Change Facsimile: to Fax: 6. Page 189. Change Facsimile: to Fax: 7. Page 3. Under Exhibits. Change C from Form ADV Part II of the General Partner to: SEC Form D Notice of Exempt offering of Securities 8. Remove pages 190 - 198 and replace with attachment SEC Form D [login to view URL] 9. On SEC Form D RCM attachment. At the top of each page there is a web address. Please remove that. At the bottom of each page is a date and time stamp, please remove those as well. 10. Pages 141 and 142. Should have lots of signatures on it. Remove both of these pages. They are not needed. Make sure they are the two pages with lots of signatures on them. 11. Page 54. "Although Mr. Jeremiah Larson, Mr. Elliott Randall, Mr. Rahul Wahi and Mr. Anthony Zipparro intend to devote a substantial part of time to the business of the Partnership, he may not devote all of his time and may not continue to be employed by the General Partner." should be changed to: "Although Mr. Elliott Randall intend to devote a substantial part of time to the business of the Partnership, he may not devote all of his time and may not continue to be employed by the General Partner." 12. Page 58. "Competing Ventures. The General Partner, Mr. Jeremiah Larson, Mr. Elliott Randall, Mr. Rahul Wahi and Mr. Anthony Zipparro may manage other accounts and private investment vehicles for which they are compensated." should be changed to: Competing Ventures. The General Partner, Mr. Elliott Randall, may manage other accounts and private investment vehicles for which they are compensated. 13. Page 144: - Change top title from THE FIDES GROWTH FUN, LP to THE PARADIGM GROWTH FUND, LP - Replace The Fides Growth Fund, LP with The Paradigm Growth Fund, LP on the first sentence as well. - In section (1) replace Capital Fortress Investment Group, LLC with Randall Capital Management, LLC Please duplicate pages 147 - 182. and save as separate document labeled. Signature pages for client docs. BUT THESE PAGES MUST ALSO STAY IN THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. I can add both documents (The PDF and the SEC Form D) once I pick the freelancer. I am looking for someone to do it for about $50. I will pay $100 if you can do it within one hour of project acceptance.
