The Gig: We are looking for a talented graphic artist that is interested in developing a brand for our restaurant. We are a small family owned business and have been in the restaurant business for the past 15 years. We have taken over a 25 year old Thai Restaurant that has an OK reputation I the area but we want to create a new brand that attracts our audience and creates a new vibe and makes an impact. The Restaurant: The restaurant is called 951 Thai Bistro and is located in the Temecula Valley. The idea behind the name "951" is the area code for the area we service. We want to create an easily recognizable brand that is catchy, hip, rustic, clean and fresh. The Style of restaurant is Bistro style. We are located in a strip mall setting near the business district in north Temecula, CA. We are looking to attract a lunchtime crowd of people who work in the area and people out shopping or doing business in the area. We also are open late and attract local residents, foodies and Thai food lovers. We are going for a more rustic style than Thai style, even though we are a Thai restaurant. We are not going after the fancy dinner goer but those looking for a fun place to come, enjoy the food, get great service and get on their way. Our menu is more of a Thai fusion/comfort food style than fancy. We are looking to appeal to the local Temecula Valley resident who is not typically a connoisseur of Thai cuisine but interested in Yummy Asian style food that is priced well and not Chinese food. The Brand: We are hoping to brand ourselves as the Go to for excellent Thai/Asian fusion in the 951 area! We have another restaurant in the area that we would want to bring on to this brand once this restaurant is launched and tweaked. It is an 11 year old business and it would be part of our brand as we grow. We hope to continue to open other restaurants in the area under the same brand over the next few years. We are looking for something to appeal to the audiences mentioned above. Even though we are Thai and our food is Thai, we are looking for something that appeals more to our audience than reflects our nationality. We don't want to look like just another Thai restaurant or Chinese food restaurant, we want to stand out and be part of this up and coming area of the Inland Empire. What we need: We are looking for you to design a logo for the 951 Thai Bistro brand. We would like you to quote us on the following. 1. Logo Design 2. Menus (In house Menu, To Go Menu). We want to keep it simple yet impactful. Wow factor 3. Website Design (We use WordPress). We are looking for costs related to the design, look and feel of the website. If you offer website development services, please quote that separately. 4. Signage -- What are Brand will look like from the street 5. T-Shirts (For our employees to wear) 6. Business Cards
