Training opportunities will exist when importance is high and ability is low, so I will create an insightful analysis for using a package such as SPSS that looks at Importance on x-axis and Ability on Y-axis. That visual plot will help identify training opportunities, as one example. I will also look at segment level insights that might for example, indicate that people in age 35-40 age group have higher training needs. I would love to do this project for you.
