Call Center Business Development manager Part time

We Are International Offshore Call Center with Servers based in Panama and Agents works from Philippine , Panama, Pakistan, jamaica and India. We request Business Development Manager (Part Time) to be responsible to give us new Inbound Telemarketing Campaigns from USA and Canada only. Also Outbound Campaigns will be welcomed but selective. For every hourly Campaigns you provide between 5-8$ /Hour you will recieve 1$ / Hour/Agent. For every campaign that is 15.00 dollars or 20.00 dollars a hour you get pay 2.00 dollars per hour per agent. If is inbound campaign with advance payment , automatically you receive 10 - 20 percent from the upfront. This means if the Campaign requires 10 Agents and pays 5-8$/Hour you will get 1$X10agentX 8hours Daily X 24 Days monthly = 1920$/monthly. For Every Hourly Campaigns you provide over 8$/Hour you will grant 1$ /Agent/Hour + 50% of the amount exceeds the 8$.
