1. I will send you an excel document with a person’s recommendations in it you will then enter their foods based on food diary information into the excel sheet using information from the USDA database that I give you, a copy and paste job. You will then send me back the information for me to write a report. 2. Meal planning you will use a list of meals a person regularly has to meal plan a balanced diet balanced to at least 80% of the nutrients in the excel sheet, a nutrient is considered balanced at at least 80% of its RDA. You will use the excel version of the USDA database to find the ingredients for the meals you come up with and paste into the excel meal plan sheet. If struggling to balance based on fibre issues accept a recommended allowance of 18g or more, with sugar accept at 15% of calories or less. This is for a trial only (unpaid), once you have passed the trial we will keep you on record for when we launch around april and pay £45 per meal plan if demand is heavy, this would be a good way for someone with a degree in nutrition, studying nutrition or someone with an interest in nutrition to make some extra money.
