Hi, Bachelor of commerce with six years freelance experience . I have good expertise in excel and internet.I am in almost all social media. I am an avid net user for more than 10 years. I have an unlimited internet with 10MBPS speed . I am doing a week end updating project for sim only deals. I update rates and offers from various providers site in excel, convert to csv and upload through FTP. My project understanding: You are updating a real estate site for Australia properties. Understandably there would be new properties coming up under contract/offer , you require the freelancer to add those properties with highlight for you to know that it is a new property. The freelancer has to ensure the same property is not in the existing excel list before highlighting. The freelancer has to include the address. The name would be sourced by you. Please confirm the date of offer has to be mentioned. There are no URL's . I went through the attached spreadsheet , which has around 40 postcode sheets. There are about 680 entries which have come in first two months. So the rate of additions on an average for a fortnight is say around 150. I place my bid for 15$/fortnight updating. Thanks

I've been doing these data entry jobs for the past 2 and half years and I understand how important accuracy is for a job like this. Please message me and I can do a part of the update for this week.
