It is my first time to search for a part time job and I found your post hoping to be interviewed.
Currently, I am working as a Junior Payroll Analyst in ADP Philippines. Started working here November 3, 2014. We are dealing with business to business service with clients handling their payrolls. Specifically handling small businesses. We are responsible of doing accurate and 100% complete payrolls of different frequencies. I am efficient to handle calls and multi task as well, doing reports, manual calculation for taxes and the likes.
Previously, I worked for Wells Fargo as a customer support handling different accounts and upselling of other products available for their benefit. I also worked for IBEX Global handled AT&T billing and TELUS International Philippines for a financial account. I've been working in the call center industry for 8 years now.
I am currently applying for higher position, hoping to pass all the interviews and support major accounts of ADP under the implementation department.
