I have been in the BPO Industry for 7 years. I've successfully handled different campaigns such as Inbound - Home Shopping Network (Order taking) and Outbound. I have been into Telemarketing, Appointment setting, Lead Generation and promoting website for basic internet connectivity. I have been a Personal Assistant to a certain firm and I have also played the role of a Virtual Assistant, doing all sorts of tasks from taking incoming calls, making cold calls, sending emails, doing research works and other administrative tasks. In my 7 years of experience in outbound calling, I take a lot of pride in my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could be difficult situation. I also don't want to meet deadlines when I am working on a project. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule which leads to my strength.
