I require a solution for how to format some text that is able to be copy/paste into Microsoft Word that is able to automatically create a hypertext link with the main word. For example, my data may be: computer, “[login to view URL]” And in Microsoft Word I would like it displayed as [computer] and have the word [computer] automatically as a hypertext link. Right now, the manual method is to type the word [computer], click the word computer and press Ctrl-K and then type in the url. So, I need to know how to format my data to allow for this automatically. I am hoping this can be done just by formatting the text and not developing a plug-in.

Hey Here is a solution, I am posting here, If it works then award me the project and mark it complete otherwise don't award me if this doesn't works. Steps.. 1. Go and copy that link which is blued due to link attached to it. 2. now go where you want to paste. 3. Go paste it, just after pasting you will see the paste icon near pasted area, if will click somewhere else it will disappear so be cautious. 4. click on that paste icon and it will show the options like >Keep Source Formatting >Keep destination Formatting >Text Only etc. Choose Keep Source Formatting and It will come right in the paste. I hope that helps. If this doesn't work then go to left most corner and click paste options there & try one by one. I am sure It will go away. Thanks, Anil
