Are you able to get 150 people from either USA,UK,CANADA or Australia? If yes you are the one i am looking for to hire. The work they are to do is very very simple-3 minutes work. They will be required to complete one survey/offer each and then download a [login to view URL]'s that simple. So your bid price should be based on the simplicity of the work-3 minutes work which can be done in half a day/an hour. The 150 people should have different IP addresses,to do this work.
