Hi I've made a lot of this tool using excel macros and access. If you want, since its a data entry we can do it on access since its built to store data and make something out of the data.

To my understanding, I will be adding up receipts or invoices that were scanned. I can Tally up the dollar amounts in excel while recording the description of the item on the receipt as well as the date it was paid. I can do this in whatever method you prefer. Hi! I've created similar projects before. Our staff Over time logs were in PDF file and the requirement is to get the total OT hours of each staff and create an over all tabulation to show who's team contribute most on over time. I can use the tool to convert your PDF file into excel spread sheet and then used my knowledge on VBA scripting to give you the over all tally of Invoices.
