Alter Existing Excel Sheet to Fit Construction Scheduling Need

Please see notations on the PDF that is uploaded. I had this sheet created a while back but it is not functioning like I would like it too. I need a version programed to work on Mac AND PC. I use a Mac 95% of the time, but would still like a versions that will work properly and seamlessly on a PC if this isn't a budget buster. Please examine the requested alterations and give me a flat rate to complete this asap as well as how soon it can be done. I would like to have it right away and don't believe the task should take tooooo long to complete??? -- (but I am no excel expert, if I was I wouldn't be posting the job). Look forward to any suggestions also that will make the sheet function even better if you have them. Also, placing pop-up directions where items are to be input so those cells are readily identified would also be a plus to this sheet being made more functional and easy to use. OH - as of now, I THINK the sheet is designed to "add a task" by simply typing on the next line under the last task input...? Let me know what you can do! Thanks - Rob
